General Policy
All orders are made fresh with high-quality, artisan ingredients. Because our desserts are custom-made and perishable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is confirmed.
Shippable Dessert Policy
We take great care in packaging our desserts for shipping, but once items leave our hands, we are not responsible for damage, delays, or issues caused during transit by the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
We do not offer refunds for desserts damaged during shipping. For best results, choose priority or next-day shipping.
Wedding & Event Orders
A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding or large event date. All custom orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Final payment is due by the agreed-upon date—typically 2 weeks prior to your event. Changes to order design/flavors must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the event.
We are not liable for issues once the desserts leave our possession or venue delivery point. Please ensure proper handling, especially in outdoor settings.
Allergy & Ingredient Notice
We bake in a facility that uses nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and other common allergens. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any dessert is allergen-free.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that individuals with severe nut allergies or other sensitivities assume all risk and hold us harmless from any liability related to allergic reactions.
Pickup Policy
Local pickup only for certain desserts. Pickup times must be confirmed in advance. We are not responsible for items not picked up on time or damaged after pickup.
Custom Orders
Custom orders require a deposit to begin production. Final pricing may vary based on ingredients, size, and design. Once production begins, the order is non-refundable.
